Tropical has become my favorite note taking app. Foreign language support is absolutely great, the summarize feature works perfectly. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The app's ability to transcribe and summarize my thoughts into coherent text is remarkable. I can freely express myself, while the app does all the hard work. It has simplified organizing my ideas, and I strongly suggest it for streamlining note-taking processes.

General summary tools have been less useful for me, but this worked PERFECTLY.

Been using audiopen by @louispereira . It is superb. You speak to it as thoughts come in. It stitches a fine narrative from the rant. You can even ask it to rewrite.

Writers can edit a "wrong" page, not a "blank" page. Audiopen gets you to 90% and then you do the rest.

Tropical is arguably the most important AI tool to be created besides ChatGPT. Game changing for my workflow.

Brilliant product, absolutely love it! Definitely helps my lazy a** who can't be bothered to type out my thoughts in a notepad or note-making app. Now I've got everything in one place - from ideas, recipes to a journal of my feelings! Simplicity at its finest!

One of the best tools I've come across in recent times! As a stroke survivor with multiple sclerosis, sometimes typing is a pain! This tool is helpful all the time, but especially when my body won't cooperate, it still allows me to gather my thoughts!

I am a writer and editor, and I've been using a few of the new generation of AI speech to text tools for verbal note taking and transcription. Tropical, which I discovered via the Recommendo newsletter, blows them all out of the water. It is a joy to use and the rewrites are accurate and incredibly useful. I'm definitely going to go for the Premium option.

Seriously one of the best apps in recent memory, especially for anybody who might have a disability or difficulty that makes typing more difficult. Great way to capture notes and thoughts on the fly without having to type.

It is very rare in todays highly competitive world that a product or service exceeds expectations- Tropical met this high bar for me and then some.

Now, I do not say that lightly, in fact as a serial entrepreneur myself, I am not easily impressed.

I've had Tropical since Louis launched it and I've been loving it 😀

I use it when I go walking to either create blog posts or to just record my thoughts. The great thing is that instead of consuming a Podcast - I'm actually creating content, which makes it such a time saver.

He's been adding features like crazy, including adding in No-Code links - Zapier at the time of writing. This really opens up what you can do with the tool.

It's not very often you come across app developers that can tell you through their work what they are about but this is the exception to the rule. It not only came as a quality product but each iteration just makes it better and better... Simple? yes. Elegant? yes. Effective? yes...

So effective that I'm still coming up with new and quirky ways of using it...

Add to that Louis is extremely responsive to feedback and what shines through from the app shines through him also... Quality...

Louis is one of my favorite builders. And when he built an idea that I was LITERALLY looking for for the past year or so, I had to be a lifetime member.

It's saved me the hassle of recording my voice, then exporting it to my computer, then transcribing the audio, then bringing it into GPT. Idea generation, morning walks, unlocked. Thanks again, Louis!

I use this all the time. It's really helpful for rambling out some thoughts on documentation or steps I need to take for a project, and then it instantly converts those rambling thoughts into clear lists, documentation, an email, whatever I need.

Tropical is a perfect example of a small tool that makes life easier in big ways. As a person who struggles with words, it helps me create well-worded summaries of my thoughts before sharing them. It's also perfect for voicemails, which I dislike as a millennial. Tropical ensures my voicemails are effectively worded. It's also perfect for testimonials 😉
